The Dolls House by Henrik Ibsen.

Hello my name is Carlee Marie Politz. I am fifteen years old and I am a shpomore in high school. My favorite story we have read in English class this year was A Raisin in the Sun. The story I am going to reasearch is called The Dolls House by Henrik Ibsen.Ibsen was born on  March 20, 1828 in Skien, Norway. Henrik was known as the Norwegian "Father of Modern Drama". He wrote alot of plays but his most popular one was called The Dolls House. This play came out 1879. The stroy is about a family on Chritmas eve talking about how her husband died. The womans name is Nora she has been a widow for over 25 years. She was been looking for a job after her husband death. The story to me seems very sad. Can not wait to read this in class.
